This section of help will tell you how to synchronize two labels.
Sometimes you want to have exact the same contacts in two different labels. You can do it by synchronizing two labels. This will attach both labels to all contacts from these labels.
To synchronize labels choose desired label by clicking it in the left column.
Then choose second label by clicking the drop down menu in the right column, and selecting desired label from the list. You can not choose shared labels in this operation.
After selecting label from the list, click Sync labels button.
You should notice, that the number of contacts in both labels is the same now, and it can differs from the number of contacts before synchronization.
All contacts from these labels have both labels attached. As long as the labels are synchronized, if you will remove one label from the contacts, the other one will be removed as well. To remove just one label, you have to desynchronize labels first.
To do that, select one of the synchronized labels, then click on the dropdown list in the right column, and select Not set option. Then click Sync labels button.
